Cohort setup and invites. Learning paths mapped to your academic calendar — loans before PSLF certification deadlines, contracts before graduation. Aggregate completion reporting you can put in front of ACGME or LCME — never individual-level without a trainee’s explicit opt-in, and nothing at all below five trainees. Verifiable Certificates of Completion for every trainee who finishes a path.

What we will never do

Show you an individual trainee’s data without their opt-in. Sell or share trainee data. Put advertising or product placement in front of your residents.

The book and the course, together

Before the Income is a twelve-chapter financial guide written for medical students by a practicing physician — loans under the post-2026 rules, living on disbursements, the real cost of applying to residency, match-to-intern money. Every chapter matches a free interactive module on the platform, in the same order, with board-style practice questions. Assign the book; students complete the mirrored course; each finisher earns a Certificate of Completion with a public verification link, and the cohort layer above gives you aggregate completion reporting across the class.
